    Dear Greg Staples,

I discovered your illustrative art on the internet this morning. I was drawn to the women in red on the storming sea. I write something on my blogs daily. I thought you might enjoy the short poetic prose your work inspired in me. If you enjoy my writing, just Google my name to find my two blogs (Kathy Paysen).

    Tango with the Sea

Sea foam green illuminates a growing storm. Dark waves crescendo as the wind’s temptress begins her tango with the sea. Fair as the moon, in satin red she moves, unfurling her beauty with the perfume of her breath. Her silky long black hair dances as the black sea sweeps into her. Sultry and long she flies with the rhythm of the ocean pulling her back and forth. With passion in her soul and fire in her eyes she mounts the water and screams for more. Into the night she wails and gnashes her teeth against the rocks and the sand. She pulsates and quivers as her lover washes over her. Tides melt into tides as the wind and the sea fall into each other’s arms. Drifting into the dawn, the wind’s temptress takes one last breath, lightly kisses the sea, and lets her lover return her long red satin tango dress to the whispering shore, forevermore.
