French artist Christophe Guinet is also known as “Monsieur Plant†because he uses plants, flowers and other organic materials to sculpt and decorate his works of art.
Previously the artist designed boom featured Nike sneakers made from flowers. Now his most recent project is the collaboration with Warner France and the Splendens Factory to build the batman suit out of pine bark.
The batman suit and helmet have been carefully wrapped and covered in layers of tree bark. Guinet says the bark of the tree is like the suit of the superheroes — a protective force, and the foam strengthens the balance that exists between the symbiosis of nature and that of the mythical character.
