The extensive cast of characters in the Fairy Tale series is an invention of Hiro Mashima. You may have already encountered these when playing gry kasyno jackpot or will do so soon. The Fairy Tale manga and anime series occurs in the Kingdom of Fiore. It is where wizards have unparalleled power to perform magic. Also, on the same point, wizards who can practice magic as work can join guilds.
Within guilds, they can interact, exchange information, and work for customers for money. Although the series has many characters, the central ones are Natsu Dragneel and Lucy Heartfilia. Both of them can create a company with other wizards and guilds in the Kingdom of Fiore. In this Fiery Tale series, Hiro Mashima drew inspiration from J.R.R Tolkien, Akira Toriyama, and Yudetamago. His work is such a success, and the main characters he made include the following:
- Natsu Dragneel – Netsu is the main Fairy Tale character, as hinted earlier, and dragon Igneel is his guardian from an early age. He nurtures him to become a wizard with a dragon-like structure and powers to face dragons. With his Fire Dragon Slayer Magic, Natsu Dragneel can resist flames and ingest them instead. During an attack, Natsu can inhale fire and set any part of the body in flames. Unfortunately, Natsu has a motion sickness problem when driven in any vehicle. He becomes one of the guild’s most dangerous members called Salamander after the disappearance of Igneel.
- Lucy Heartfilia – Also a main character in the series, Lucy Heartfilia is from the rich and famous Heartfilia family. She sets off on a journey to enter the Fairy Tail when she meets Natsu Dragneel, who saves her from a notorious slave trader known as Salamander. Natsu, Lucy, and Happy carry out missions together for the guild to help her pay for her rented house in Magnolia. Lucy also aspires to be a novel writer who eventually publishes her new debut novel narrating her experiences at the guild. She is the celestial wizard who can collect 10 out of 12 atypical golden keys that can call the zodiac spirits. Again, Lucy can fight alongside spirits using a whip to eventually wear the magical Star Dresses. In these dresses, she can reach her zodiac spirits’ powers directly.
- Happy – He is a cat who is also the best friend of Natsu. Happy and Natsu are friends when the series starts, and they travel everywhere together. Happy came to be when an egg hatched, and Natsu and Lisanna Strauss found it. He is capable of turning into a winged cat and can fly at high speed, thanks to his Aera magic power. For that reason, he carries Natsu to protect him from motion sickness.
- Gray Fullbuster – Gray is an eighteen-year-old ice wizard who also fights alongside Natsu. Both of them have the same personality and use the same magical elements. After being orphaned by Etherious Deliora at the age of eight years, Gray finds Ur, who teaches him how to use Ice-Make to turn ice into any weapon he wants. In his training to tolerate cold conditions, Gray gets into a habit of removing all his clothes. He then attempts to kill Deliora and comes close to losing his life. Ur saves his life by sacrificing her own.
Other than the four listed characters, the Fiery Tail manga and anime series feature more main protagonists. Examples include Erza Scarlet, Wendy Marvell, and Carla. It also has several secondary members of the cast.
